Felix J. Longdon, MBA (CFO/Managing Partner)

Felix is a seasoned financial services professional and a founding member of FJ Finplan Consulting LLC, where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of combined experience across education, client services, insurance, and financial management, he brings a well-rounded perspective and strategic insight to both clients and colleagues.

Felix holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Management (Financial Management), equipping him with the academic foundation to support his practical expertise. He began his financial services career in 2012 and has since established a respected presence in the areas of Medicare planning, asset protection, and wealth management.

Licensed in multiple states—including New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Georgia—Felix continues to serve a diverse clientele with integrity, knowledge, and a strong commitment to financial empowerment.

Shatima Roye - Redd (COO Managing Partner)

Shatima serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a founding member of FJ Finplan Consulting LLC. A visionary leader with a strategic mindset, she brings creative insight to business growth, operational development, and relationship management.

Her deep passion for financial security and generational wealth creation has guided her pursuit of the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation. She specializes in retirement planning, legacy building, and multi-generational wealth strategies.

Since entering the financial services industry in 2015, Shatima has developed a strong reputation for her ability to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds. Her prior experience in immigration law, insurance, and healthcare enables her to bring a uniquely empathetic and informed perspective to every client relationship.

She is currently licensed in multiple states, including New York, Georgia, and Virginia.
